Audrey Bazerghi is an Adjunct Lecturer of Operations Management at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. She holds a B.Eng. in Engineering Physics from Polytechnique Montréal (2015), and SM/MBA degrees from MIT (2020) as a Leaders for Global Operations Fellow. Her professional experience includes roles at Oliver Wyman as a management consultant, advising on procurement and logistics strategies across North America. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Operations Management at Kellogg under Professors Jan A. Van Mieghem and Sébastien Martin.
Her research interests span operations strategy, supply chain optimization, and reinforcement learning applications in decision-making systems. She explores topics such as dynamic supply chain configurations, inventory management under uncertainty, and scalability in simulation-based algorithms.
Recent publications focus on reinforcement learning frameworks for complex systems, product rollover strategies in supply chains, and pharmaceutical inventory modeling. Her work bridges theoretical advancements with practical industry challenges.
