Aude Le Cottier is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of International Business at HEC Montréal. She holds an M. Sc. from ESSEC Business School and a Diplôme d’Études Comptables et Financières (DECF). Her expertise focuses on corporate governance, unlisted firms, ownership structures, and multinational companies. She has supervised six MSc projects in the last five years, addressing topics such as Northvolt’s expansion into North America, internationalization strategies of Chinese firms, and ESG investments in emerging markets.
Teaching: Courses include Strategy and Internationalization, International Business, and quantitative research methods in international business. She also coordinates Campus Abroad programs for undergraduate and graduate students.
