Attila Krajcsi is a habilitated Associate Professor at Eötvös Loránd University, affiliated with the Faculty of Education and Psychology and the Department of Cognitive Psychology. He leads the Numerical Cognition Research Group and develops the CogStat statistical analysis software.
- Research focus: Numerical cognition, symbolic number processing, Approximate Number System (ANS), cognitive development, and methodological issues in psychology.
- Software contributions: CogStat, an automated statistical tool for cognitive research with APA-format output.
- Scientific outreach: Active on Twitter (@krajcsi), co-organizer of Best Practices in Data Analysis symposia, and advocate for open science.
- Collaborations: Works with international researchers on ANS measurement in children and statistical software evaluation.
