Athena D. Mutua is a Professor and Floyd H. & Hilda L. Hurst Faculty Scholar at the University at Buffalo School of Law. Her work bridges critical race theory, feminist legal theory, and political economy analysis to examine intersections of race, gender, and class within legal frameworks.
