Astrid Bergland

Astrid Bergland is a Professor at Oslo Metropolitan University affiliated with the Centre for Senior Citizen Staff. Her work spans Health Sciences, Physiotherapy, Gerontology, Rehabilitation, and Public Health, focusing on improving care for older adults through evidence-based interventions.
