Aslı Kavurmacı

Aslı Kavurmacı is an Associate Professor at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül Üniversitesi and Chung-Ang University, affiliated with the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations within the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. Her academic career spans roles from Lecturer (2013) to Associate Professor (2023-present), with administrative leadership as Head of the Department. Her research focuses on labor economics, industrial relations in Asia-Pacific countries, women's labor participation, and comparative studies on human resources management. She has authored/co-authored multiple books and papers, including works on South Korean labor policies and migrant workers in Turkey.
