Dr. Asil Oztekin is a Full Professor at the Manning School of Business, University of Massachusetts Lowell, specializing in Analytics and Operations and Information Systems. He serves as the Founding Coordinator of the Ph.D. Concentration in Decision Sciences and holds affiliations with UMASS Biomedical Engineering & Biotechnology graduate program, the Center of Biomedical and Health Research in Data Sciences (CHORDS), and the Baystate Health Institute for Healthcare Delivery & Population Science.

His research focuses on Business Analytics, Data Mining, and Healthcare Systems Engineering, with applications in medical informatics, predictive modeling, and decision support systems.
