Ashwin Ramachandran is an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University's West Lafayette School of Mechanical Engineering. He holds a B.Tech from IIT Bombay (2015), and M.S. and Ph.D. from Stanford University (2021), with a postdoc at Princeton University (2021-2024). His research focuses on mechanobiology, micro/nano fluidics, bacterial biophysics, and biomedical device development, emphasizing interdisciplinary approaches combining experimental and computational methods.
