Ashley Smith

Ashley Smith is the Executive Director and Senior Lecturer for the Surgical Technology program at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith. She holds a M.Ed. in Adult Education (2020) and an A.A.S. in Surgical Technology (2004) from Capella University and the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith, respectively, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Adult Education/Postsecondary Education at Capella University. Smith serves as a member of the Faculty Senate and contributes to professional organizations such as the Arkansas State Assembly for Surgical Technology (President) and the Montessori School of Fort Smith (Board Member).
