Ashley Christman is an Assistant Professor at Augusta University's College of Allied Health Sciences, Department of Undergraduate Health Professions: Dental Hygiene. She holds a BS in Dental Hygiene from the Medical College of Georgia (1997) and certifications including BLS Healthcare Provider Instructor and Dental Hygiene License.
Her research focuses on clinical dental hygiene, preventive dentistry, and light-based dental equipment effects. Notable awards include the 2023 High Five My Faculty Award and the 2021 Program of Excellence Award.
