Arzu Kanat Mutluoğlu is an Assistant Professor in the English Language Education program at the Department of Foreign Languages, TED University Faculty of Education. She holds a PhD from Hacettepe University (2020) and has prior research assistant experience at Pamukkale University and Hacettepe University. Her research focuses on willingness to communicate (WTC) and pedagogical content knowledge in language education.
