Arwen Joyce

Arwen Joyce is a Lecturer at the Leicester Law School, University of Leicester, since January 2021. She previously practiced law with Linklaters LLP in London and Singapore and lectured at Singapore Management University. Her academic journey includes a BA from the University of Virginia, a JD cum laude from Georgetown University, an LLM with merit from the London School of Economics, and a PhD in Law from the University of Leicester. She is a non-practicing member of the New York Bar and holds the title of Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Her research focuses on migrant labor rights, temporary labor migration policies, and legal education.
