Arvid Aage Skaar

Arvid Aage Skaar is an Emeritus Professor at the University of Oslo, affiliated with the Department of Public Law and specialized in Taxation Law. His research focuses on international and corporate tax law, with notable contributions to analyses of tax court rulings and transnational taxation frameworks. He is part of the Law, Economy and Governance (LEGO) research group and the Tax law project.
