Arthur Kearney

Arthur Kearney is a Lecturer in the Department of Management and Organisation RIKON at South East Technological University (SETU). He specializes in management capability development, with a focus on micro firms and seaports. His current research includes co-supervising a PhD on servant leadership in the hotel industry and a second PhD on network-facilitated farmer innovation capability.
