Dr. Arpan Rijal is an Assistant Professor at the University of Groningen's Faculty of Economics and Business, specializing in Operations Management & Operations Research. His research focuses on optimization methodologies, particularly in personnel scheduling, energy systems modeling, and warehouse operations. He holds positions in the Operations department and contributes to the PANOPTIWORK research initiative.
