Arne Jonni SUPPE

Arne Jonni SUPPE is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Computing and Information Systems, Singapore Management University, with a PhD in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University. His research integrates perception, natural language processing, and machine learning to develop intelligent systems for real-world applications.

With over 20 years' experience at Carnegie Mellon's Robotics Institute, he has contributed to autonomous vehicles, advanced vehicle safety systems, and industrial machine vision. His recent doctoral work developed navigation systems that interpret text commands and aerial imagery to generate robotic paths using end-to-end deep learning architectures.

Research focuses on replacing modular system designs with unified deep learning frameworks that simultaneously optimize perception, decision-making, and control tasks for autonomous agents operating in complex environments.
