Arnaud BOURGAIN

Arnaud BOURGAIN is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Luxembourg since 1999, affiliated with the Department of Economics and Management within the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Nancy (1994) and has prior experience as a researcher at the Public Research Center CRP-CU (Luxembourg). His research focuses on economic and financial integration, international financial centers, and the international economic integration of Africa, particularly examining tax policies, resource taxation, and development challenges in Sub-Saharan Africa.
