Armando Venâncio is an Associate Professor and researcher at the University of Minho's Department of Biological Engineering (DEB), affiliated with the Center of Biological Engineering (CEB). He holds leadership roles including Director of the Master in Food Science and Technology program and former Director of DEB. His career spans over 30 years in academic management, including roles in curriculum design, ERASMUS coordination, and pedagogical councils.
