Arkady Shipulin

Arkady Shipulin serves as Associate Professor and Head of the Photonic Integrated Research Lab within the Project Center for Applied Photonics at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech). His work drives Russia's advancement in photonic chip production and testing infrastructure.
