معرفی
Ariel Rock is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Physics at Hamilton University. He joined the faculty in 2025 and teaches courses such as Thermodynamics and Statistical Mechanics and The Mechanical Universe (lab). His research focuses on theoretical particle physics, particularly the application of finite non-Abelian group theory to address problems in supersymmetry breaking and neutrino mixing.
- Education: Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, B.A. from Swarthmore College.
- Research Experience: Postdoctoral fellowship at the Jockey Club Institute of Advanced Study (Hong Kong).
His recent work explores flavor physics at future colliders, heavy neutral lepton detection, and CP-violating phases. He has contributed to studies on discrete symmetry models and collider phenomenology. Dr. Rock’s early research involved analyzing dissipation in turbulent plasmas using time-series techniques.
