Aria A. Dines is an Assistant Professor of Interactive Media Animation at Bradley University's Slane College of Communications & Fine Arts, where she works in the Interactive Media Department. She is an accomplished Animation Director, 2D Rigging Specialist, and Educator with extensive industry experience.
- B.F.A. in Animation from Rochester Institute of Technology
- B.F.A. in Illustration from Rochester Institute of Technology
- M.F.A. in Experimental Animation from California Institute of the Arts
Aria's research focuses on combining intuitive storytelling with technical rigging and animation to create visually compelling works exploring the human condition. She has collaborated with Toon Boom Animation Inc. as an Ambassador and Consultant, achieving certification in advanced rigging principles and Harmony Premium software.
Her professional expertise extends to sound design, gained through years as a Recording Engineer at California Institute of the Arts. She has presented her animation research at international academic conferences, including at the University of New South Wales' Art & Design campus.
