Argelia Hawley

Argelia Hawley taught at the University of Northern Iowa as an Adjunct Instructor (1983-1990) and Instructor (1990-1997) in Elementary Foreign Language before becoming Professor Emeritus. Her academic focus was on foreign language instruction at elementary education levels.
