April Triantis is a Lecturer in Law at Stanford University and currently serves as counsel for Titan Virtual Corp. Previously, she was an Associate Professor (General Faculty) and Director of the Law & Business Program at the University of Virginia School of Law, where she taught corporate governance, contracts, and private equity.
