April Reed is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management Information Systems at the College of Business, East Carolina University. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a concentration in Information Systems from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Roosevelt University. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM), she brings over two decades of IT industry experience into her academic role.
