Anupama Narayan

Dr. Anupama Narayan is Associate Professor of Psychology and Director of the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Program at The University of Tulsa. Her research examines team dynamics, workplace inclusion, and technology's impact on work motivation.

Research interests include team coordination processes, allyship behaviors in organizational contexts, motivational impacts of workplace technologies, and organizational climate measurement. Her work applies psychological principles to enhance team performance and inclusive workplace practices.
