Anupama Kaul is the PACCAR Professor in the departments of Electrical Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering at the University of North Texas. Her research focuses on nanomaterials, optoelectronics, and energy-related applications, particularly in 2D materials like MoS₂, WSe₂, and perovskite-based systems. She leads the Discovery Park C136G laboratory, advancing innovations in photodetectors, solar cells, and flexible electronics.
Her work emphasizes the synthesis, characterization, and application of novel materials for high-performance optoelectronic devices.
