Dr. Anup Shrestha is Senior Lecturer in Information Systems at the University of Southern Queensland's School of Business. His research examines enterprise service management, knowledge systems, and digital business transformation using design science methodologies. He received recognition for his doctoral work developing software-mediated process assessment approaches in IT Service Management.
His teaching focuses on digital disruption, IT governance, and enterprise systems. He represents Australia in ISO/IEC software engineering standards development and maintains active industry collaborations.
