معرفی
Anuj Thapa Magar is a Researcher at the Institute of Forestry and Engineering, Estonian University of Life Sciences, specializing in Eddy Covariance flux footprint modeling and forest ecosystem-atmosphere exchange dynamics. He is currently pursuing his PhD under Steffen Manfred Noe, focusing on spatially explicit modeling of forest growth patterns.
- Education: PhD Student (2022–2026), M.Sc. in Forest Sciences and Forest Ecology (2017–2021), B.Sc. in Forestry (2011–2015)
Research Interests include:
- Forest carbon capture and climate-smart forestry
- Machine learning applications in environmental data
- Spatial modeling of ecosystem-atmosphere interactions
- Cluster analysis for flux footprint data
- Forest growth pattern simulation
- Integration of atmospheric and biosphere observations
Publications demonstrate expertise in unsupervised learning algorithms for spatial data analysis, climate DevOps toolchains, and process-based modeling of carbon dynamics. Key projects involve carbon capture capability modeling (PRG1674) and European Commission-funded atmospheric research facilities access (101008004).
