Antti Ahola

Antti Ahola, PhD, is an Associate Professor and Group Leader in the Steel Structures Research Group at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, LUT School of Energy Systems, Lappeenranta-Lahti University of Technology (LUT). He specializes in fatigue behavior of welded high-strength steel components and development of the 4R method for fatigue assessment. His current research focuses on variable-amplitude loading effects and simulation-based approaches for welded structures.
