Antonio MARCOMINI is a Full Professor at the Ca' Foscari University of Venice, specializing in Environmental Chemistry and Cultural Heritage Conservation. He holds roles as Deputy-Rector for Territorial Relations, President of the Senatorial Commission for Non-European Relations, and heads the Department of Environmental Sciences, Informatics and Statistics. His research focuses on environmental risk assessment, climate change impacts, and sustainable nanotechnology. Key projects include Horizon 2020 initiatives like SUNRISE and SUNSHINE. He has authored over 300 publications and received awards such as the 2022 Meadows&Feller Medal.
