Antonio MAIETTA

Antonio Maietta is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology and Cell Biology at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Montreal. He is affiliated with the Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal (CHUM). His research focuses on evaluating in vivo electroporation for nonviral gene transfer, with applications in antiangiogenic cancer gene therapy and immunotherapy (1998-2000). He contributed to studies on ovarian carcinoma and molecular analyses of gonadal tumors.

Publications include case reports and molecular pathology studies in peer-reviewed journals such as Modern Pathology and Pediatric and Developmental Pathology.
