Antoinette Lemoine is a Professor at Université Paris-Saclay and a hospital practitioner specializing in oncogenetics for therapeutic purposes. She directs a medical-university department within the Université Paris-Saclay hospital group, integrating biology, genetics, and hospital pharmacy (PUI). Her career spans key roles at Paul Brousse hospital and Necker hospital, focusing on drug-metabolizing enzymes and targeted cancer therapies.
- Education: Pharmacy at Université de Bourgogne and Université Paris-Sud (merged into Université Paris-Saclay).
Her research bridges biochemistry, oncogenetics, and precision medicine, emphasizing genetic sequencing (NGS) and its applications in diagnostics. She pioneered dose adaptation based on genetic heritage and collaborated internationally on drug metabolism studies.
Scientific awards include a patent for a gene-fusion detection technique (2012) and leadership in establishing an INCa-certified cancer genetics platform.
Antoinette Lemoine teaches at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Université Paris-Saclay, and created a continuing education program on NGS and bioinformatics. During the pandemic, she spearheaded PCR testing partnerships and ensured equitable healthcare access for vulnerable populations.
