Antoine Pellerin is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, Université Laval, specializing in administrative law and the state’s power to contract. He holds a doctorate in law from Université Laval and an MBA from Université de Sherbrooke.

His academic work has been supported by prestigious fellowships, including the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation and Fonds de recherche du Québec – Société et culture. Beyond academia, he co-founded Montreal’s ExLibris theatre company and has served as its executive director since 2013.
