Antoine Detaille is a postdoctoral researcher at ETH Zürich (Department of Mathematics) since September 2025, supervised by Tristan Rivière. He completed his PhD (2022–2025) at the Camille Jordan Institute, Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, under Petru Mironescu, with a research stay at CUNEF Universidad (Madrid) hosted by Óscar Domínguez. He earned his Bachelor's and Master's in Mathematical Sciences at Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium), including an ERASMUS exchange at Université Lyon 1/ENS de Lyon.
Research Focus
- Specializes in manifold-valued Sobolev spaces, combining analysis, topology, and geometry.
- Investigates properties of function spaces requiring interdisciplinary mathematical tools.
Outreach & Teaching
- Active in mathematics dissemination via initiatives like TFJM², ETEAM, and Maths en Jeans.
- Participates in workshops (MathαLyon) and scientific communication events (ComSciCon France).
- Co-organized ETEAM 2025 edition in Lyon.
