Anthony Kerr is a Jazz Vibraphone Professor at the Royal College of Music (Faculty of Percussion), recognized as one of the most exciting vibraphone players in jazz today. He has performed and recorded with renowned artists such as George Shearing, Elvis Costello, and Norma Winstone.

Research and Professional Activities: Kerr's work spans jazz performance, composition, and session musicianship. His Now Hear This album (1997) was recorded live at Ronnie Scott’s Club, reflecting his dynamic improvisational style.
Scientific and Artistic Recognition: In 1994, he won the British Jazz Awards' Best Instrumentalist title. He received three consecutive 'Rising Star' category nominations (1995, 1996, 1998) from DownBeat magazine.
