Anthony Forsyth is a Professor at the Graduate School of Business and Law, RMIT University, Australia. Additionally, he serves as a Consultant with Corrs Chambers Westgarth, specializing in Employment, Workplace & Safety.
- Co-author of the 6th edition of Creighton & Stewart’s Labour Law (2016)
- Co-editor of Rediscovering Collective Bargaining: Australia’s Fair Work Act in International Perspective (2012)
- Appointed Chair of the Victorian State Government’s Independent Inquiry into the Labour Hire Industry and Insecure Work (2015–2016)
His research focuses on collective bargaining, workplace dispute resolution, trade union regulation, labour hire/agency work, and the exploitation of vulnerable workers.
