Anthony Cambas

Anthony Cambas is the statewide Manager of International Trade for the Mississippi Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at the University of Mississippi. He is also an Instructor in the Department of Management within the School of Business Administration. With expertise in international trade and customs, he teaches ENT 412: Basics of Applied International Trade.

• Education: M.A. in International Customs Law & Administration (University of Canberra, 2009), M.A. in International Agriculture (Oklahoma State University, focus on International Trade and Development), B.A. and Associate in International Relations (Florida International University, 1988; Miami-Dade Community College, 1988).

His research and professional focus spans international trade, customs compliance, border management, trade facilitation, and export assistance, with a background in agricultural and development economics. Cambas previously served as a U.S. Customs official and has worked on USAID and donor-funded projects across Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
