Antariksh Tyagi

Dr. Antariksh Tyagi is an Associate Research Scientist in Genetics at the Yale School of Medicine. He holds appointments in the Department of Genetics and the Yale Center for Genome Analysis (YCGA). His research focuses on genomics, molecular biology, and evolutionary genetics, with applications in cancer biology, immunology, and plant genetics. Dr. Tyagi has contributed to studies involving genome sequencing, gene regulatory networks, and the impact of environmental factors on genetic expression. He serves as an Associate Editor for Medicine (Wolters Kluwer) and Frontiers, and has presented at conferences such as the International Volvox Conference and the AGBT Precision Health Symposium.
