Dr. Ansley Roche is an Assistant Professor of Surgery (Otolaryngology) at Yale School of Medicine, affiliated with Smilow Cancer Hospital. She specializes in head and neck cancers, microvascular reconstruction, and robotic surgery for oropharyngeal cancer. Previously, she served as Director of Head and Neck Cancer at Staten Island University Hospital (Northwell Health). Her research focuses on surgical airway education, functional outcomes in head and neck cancer patients, and quality improvement in cancer care delivery.

- Advances in free tissue transfer and robotic surgery to minimize treatment side effects
- Multidisciplinary care coordination with radiation/medical oncologists and speech pathologists
- Co-investigator on studies including a Phase III pembrolizumab trial for head and neck squamous cell carcinoma
Clinical Locations: Smilow Cancer Hospital (New Haven) and Trumbull Care Center. Board certified in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery (2017).
