Anshu Gaur

Anshu Gaur serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. His research and teaching focus on electronic materials, thin film devices, and carbon nanostructures, with particular emphasis on flexible electronics and amorphous oxide semiconductors. He maintains active research collaborations through the Samtel Centre for Display Technologies.
