Anoosheh Rostamkalaei is an Assistant Professor in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at York University's School of Administrative Studies, Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies. Previously, she held faculty positions at the University of Kent (UK) and postdoctoral roles at the University of Ottawa and Statistics Canada. Her research examines entrepreneurship’s nature and consequences, focusing on resource access disparities among marginalized groups (immigrants, women) and how these impact entrepreneurial outcomes. She teaches entrepreneurship, innovation, and business statistics.
