Annet Kempenaar

Dr. Annet Kempenaar is an Assistant Professor in Spatial Design and Water Management at the Faculty of Spatial Sciences, University of Groningen. Her research focuses on bridging disciplinary boundaries through design-led approaches for urban climate adaptation, water resilience, and transnational spatial planning. She actively contributes to initiatives such as the Wadden Sea landscape projects and the 'Water as Leverage' framework.
