Anne T Berg serves as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Neurology at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine, specializing in the Epilepsy/Clinical Neurophysiology division. With over three decades of continuous membership in the American Epilepsy Society since 1987, she maintains a prominent position in the epilepsy research community.

Dr. Berg specializes in developmental epilepsies and leads parent-driven outcomes initiatives with research focusing on natural history and trial metrics. Her work spans multiple areas including Autism Spectrum Disorders, Brain and Nervous System research, Clinical Trial Methodology, Disability Epidemiology, Healthcare Quality, Health Services Research, and Pediatric Neurology. She has developed significant expertise in outcome measures and psychometrics as applied to epilepsy research.
Her research portfolio demonstrates a strong emphasis on patient-centered outcomes, particularly caregiver perspectives and quality of life metrics in rare genetic epilepsies including KCNQ2 and SCN2A-related disorders.
