Anne Riise

Anne Riise is a trained social worker with a doctorate in social work, specializing in youth participation. She holds a 50% academic position at the UiT The Arctic University of Norway, where she teaches in the Bachelor and Master programs in Child Welfare, and a 50% position as a senior advisor at KORUS Nord, focusing on equitable outreach services for youth in northern regions.

Her professional experience spans housing social work, child welfare, and social services, with a decade of research and teaching in child welfare. She contributes to developing youth-friendly policies in the north, leveraging her regional expertise and institutional collaborations between UiT and KORUS Nord.
