Anne Oeldorf-Hirsch is an Associate Professor in the Department of Communication at the University of Connecticut. Her research focuses on social media’s role in information sharing, well-being, and algorithmic literacy, particularly on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. She is affiliated with the Human-Computer Interaction Lab, UConn Center for mHealth and Social Media, and the Institute for Collaboration on Health, Intervention, and Policy (InCHIP).
