Anne Mette Fisker Hag

Anne Mette Fisker Hag is a Special Consultant at the Department of Biomedical Sciences, University of Copenhagen, working within the Cluster for Molecular Imaging. Her research focuses on the development and application of positron emission tomography (PET) techniques for studying cancer and cardiovascular diseases.

Dr. Hag's primary research interests include molecular imaging, positron emission tomography (PET), cancer research, cardiovascular diseases, nuclear medicine, and pathophysiology. Her work particularly emphasizes the use of novel radiotracers and imaging techniques to understand disease mechanisms and treatment responses. She has extensive experience with various PET isotopes including $$[^{18}\text{F}]$$, $$[^{64}\text{Cu}]$$, and $$[^{82}\text{Rb}]$$ for both diagnostic and therapeutic applications.

Her recent publication record demonstrates a strong focus on cardiovascular imaging, particularly atherosclerosis and myocardial conditions, as well as applications of PET imaging in oncology.
