Anne Honkanen

Anne Honkanen is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Helsinki, affiliated with the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry and the Department of Food and Nutrition. She also serves as an Instructor at the Ruralia Institute, Mikkeli University. Her research focuses on agronomy, organic farming, and animal nutrition, with special emphasis on dairy cattle mineral metabolism, sustainable feed solutions, and AI integration in agricultural education.
