Anne-Grethe Gregersen

Anne-Grethe Gregersen is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Nursing, Health and Bioengineering at Østfold University College in Fredrikstad. She holds a major in Nursing Science from the University of Oslo (2002) and has been employed at the university since 1993. Her academic background includes roles as Head of the Rheumatology Department at Østfold Hospital (1987-1993) and clinical experience in rheumatology at Diakonhjemmet Hospital (1980-1985).

Her research focuses on nursing care for rheumatic diseases, clinical education innovation, and competency development in healthcare practice.
