Anne CARTON

Anne CARTON is an Associate Professor at the University of Strasbourg, affiliated with the Department of Inorganic Materials Chemistry (DCMI) within IPCMS. Her research focuses on the synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials for environmental applications, particularly water pollution control.

She earned her Ph.D. in 2006 from the University of Lorraine, followed by postdoctoral work at the Collège de France and Paris Diderot University. Since 2009, she has led projects on hybrid solar cells and iron oxide nanoclusters for pollution control.

Her publications highlight advancements in solvothermal and hydrothermal synthesis techniques, nanoparticle surface chemistry, and hybrid nanocomposites for environmental and energy applications.
