Anne Blackstock-Bernstein

Anne Blackstock-Bernstein is an Education Lecturer at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), affiliated with the Department of Education within the Graduate School of Education & Information Studies. Her teaching spans undergraduate and graduate courses in early childhood development, cognitive development, and educational psychology. She emphasizes applying psychological research to improve teaching practices, particularly for emergent bilingual students.

Dr. Blackstock-Bernstein’s research focuses on children’s language development in educational settings, including multilingual learners.
